What Happens to Your Body When You Drink Enough Water

You Maintain Your Routine

It’s common to get a little constipated if you do drink enough water. Inactivity, diet changes, illness, and yes, stress can all add to the problem. The constipation generally passes on its own, but you can help move the effects along with exercise, untoward meds, and, of course, water.

Your joints are working harder.

Water makes up a large part of your common cartilage that helps absorb shock and makes bone-to-bone movements smoother. Water can also help keep gout at bay (a painful common condition). It helps flush toxic substances from your body that could inflame your joints, too.

You'll Avoid Dehydration

Without enough water, you can sweat down too much important fluid. It’s especially true in the heat. When it happens, you may be thirsty, pee lower than usual, and your mouth might dry out. You could indeed feel dizzy, lightheaded, and confused.

You ’re Less Likely to Faint

You may not flash back as well, think as easily, or concentrate as fluently when you ’re low on water. And you do n’t have to be seriously dehydrated. It can be if you ’re just a little below where you should be. How little? A 150-pound person requires less than four mugs of water.

Your heart works better.

Your ticker does n’t have to work as hard when you drink enough water. In fact, mild dehydration affects your blood vessels( making them less springy) about the same as smoking a cigarette. Pinching on water also leads to lower blood pressure in your body, which can lower your blood pressure and raise your heart rate. It takes just 15 to 20 minutes for enough water to indeed drain out.
