Every day, at least one hour of exercise should be performed. Although running, jogging and other types of moderate physical activity are not essential, they should be incorporated into your regular routine. Do a high-intensity workout if you want to reduce weight quickly. 

Take, for example, a one-hour brisk walk. You can also sprint and jog at definite times during the hour. Make sure you're not in too much discomfort during your workout.
